2010 Buffalo Small Press Book Fair Needs Your Help! · Mar 3, 06:17 AM
This year is going to be an amazing year for the book fair. We’ve already filled all of the vendor slots and we have plenty of new people who will bring fresh work and fresh perspectives to the venue, not to mention the many repeat vendors who will have brand new work as well!
We received a generous grant from NYSCA this year for marketing and promotion, but the book fair still needs help raising additional funds for other materials. We’ve set up a Kickstarter fundraising page to help defray the costs, and we hope you’ll take a minute to visit and donate, even if it’s a tiny amount. It’s totally safe, secure, and if we don’t reach our 500 dollar goal, you don’t pay a dime!
If you’d like to help us promote the fair, please let us know. We’ll have print materials, posters, handbills, and other marketing tools available soon – but in the meantime, blog about the event, tweet about the event, and download banners to use on your websites and blogs! Just link from the banner to our website at www.buffalosmallpress.org .
